“Four years ago out of the blue I began suffering the debilitating effects of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibro myalgia, my world was turned upside down. I emersed myself in gaining knowledge and experiencing many different modalities in the hope to improve my own health. Zen Again Healing Massage is the culmination of my personal experience and knowledge of techniques that have actually helped my symptoms. I began studying massage 2 years ago and then other healing modalities soon after, including Reflexology, Reiki, Body Talk & Australian Bush Flower Remedies. My thirst for knowledge continues as I am always studying new ways to help the varying conditions my clients present with.
